I’m an Art Director, Scenic Designer, and Fine Artist based in Portugal. My work brings together fine art and storytelling, turning ideas into spaces, images, and experiences.
My creative journey began in Cuba with painting, drawing, and ceramic sculpture, followed by studies in scenic design and theatre architecture at the University of the Arts in Havana. Since then, I’ve designed sets for stop-motion animation, television, independent film, and theatre, and shared my practice as a university professor.
Whether I’m painting a canvas, developing a 3D set, or adding texture to a scale model, I’m drawn to the same possibility: making a story feel alive.
